Ordinance 2005-1 - An ordinance amending the uniform construction code compliance and exemptions for utility and miscellaneous use structures.  The proposed Ordinance is for the purpose of enacting a change to the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code, as previously adopted by Newton Township to exempt only those utility and miscellaneous use structures with a building area of less than 200 square feet.

This ordinance was passed and will now be sent to the State for approval.  The earliest this can go into effect is thirty-five (35) days after May 9, 2005.

Ordinance 2005-2 - An ordinance amending Section 126-11B. of the Newton Township Codification to add designated STOP signs.  The proposed Ordinance is for the purpose of amending the existing Township ordinance designating Stop intersections by adding additional stop signs at the intersection of Columbus Circle and Davinci Lane within Newton Township to the list of designated Stop intersections.

This ordinance was passed by the Board and will go into effect in five (5) days.
