Ordinance 2005-1 - An ordinance amending the uniform construction code compliance and exemptions for utility and miscellaneous use structures.  The Ordinance is for the purpose of enacting a change to the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code, as previously adopted by Newton Township, to exempt only those utility and miscellaneous use structures with a building area of less than 200 square feet.  Board voted to accept the Ordinance.  The Ordinance was duly advertised and approved by the State.  This Ordinance will be enacted in thirty-five (35) days.
