Meeting called to order at 7:30 PM with the Pledge of Allegiance to Flag.

Minutes
Motion by Stemphoski to accept the minutes of the September 27, 2006 meeting, 2nd by Raino. Motion voted, all in favor, Parsells abstained.

New Business
- Keller Subdivision - Ray and Ron Keller came to the meeting to show the Planning Commission their sketch plan for a subdivision of 90+ acres of land they
inherited from their parents. They plan to have a lot line adjustment to allow for equal parcels and road frontage on each piece. There will be a subdivision of two pieces of the land.
One piece that has the garages will remain in the three brothers’ names and the piece with the house will belong to Ray Keller. The piece with the garage will need to have a perc test and a
wetland delineation will need to be done by Ernie Keller. New plans will need to be done showing preliminary/final. The main three parcels will be exempt due to our ordinance because it
is only for agricultural purposes.
