Meeting Called to Order

7:00 PM with Pledge of Allegiance.

The purpose of this meeting was to appoint an accountant to audit the Township’s book for 2006. This meeting was duly advertised in the Scranton Times.

Motion by Koldjeski to appoint George Gawrys, CPA, to audit the books for Newton Township for the 2006 year, 2nd by Koldjeski. Motion voted, all in favor.

Being no further public input and discussion, Koldjeski motioned to adjourn the meeting, 2nd by Martenson. Motion voted, all in favor.

Meeting was adjourned at 7:05 PM.
