Meeting Called to Order

6:05 PM with Pledge of Allegiance.

New Business

  • Tony Stanco - Mr. Stanco approached the Board requesting permission to keep his mobile home on his property until his modular home is built at 2414 Cherry Hill Road. Motion by Koldjeski to approve the request of Mr. Stanco to have his mobile home on the property until his house is built not to go past 11/7/06, 2nd by Martenson. Motion voted, all in favor.
  • SAPA By-laws - A copy of the by-laws was sent to the Township for approval. Pardue suggested that the Board take home their copies and review and then they can act on them Monday night.
  • Bennett Conditional Use - A conditional use request was received by the Planning Commission on May 31, 2006. The Board decided to hold the hearing on Monday, July 10, 2006 at 6:45PM.

Unfinished Business

  • Kochmer Litigation - Supervisors met with Bruce Coyer, Ned Slocum and the Kochmers to discuss possibilities on rectifying the situation. Ned will take some shots with the survey crew and work up the cost and feasibility of doing what was discussed.
  • 2005 Road Construction - Pardue to contact BOTHAR to find out their intentions on finishing the project from last year.
  • CEO Report - Haan reported that he was contacted by a property owner at the end of Orchard Drive about putting a used car lot on his property. Haan also stated that he has received several calls in connection with the 25 acres of land that Scott White has for sale. The land cannot be subdivided.
Bills were signed and discussed. PO’s were signed.
