Meeting called to order at 6:00PM with the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.

Chairman, John Pardue advised the purpose of the meeting was for a conditional use request of the owners of the Schultzville Deli, Amy Jacoby, Lisa Zimmer and Lori McCraken, 1309 Winola Road for a liquor license. At which point, Pardue turned the meeting over to the Code Enforcement Officer, Scot Haan.

Haan asked the owners to present their plans. Amy Jacoby stated that they requested this conditional use to obtain a liquor license to sell beer and wine packs. They submitted a letter from the Schultzville Methodist Church stating their acceptance. The property is zoned C-2. Though they do not operate the hours requested, they requested hours until 12 midnight Monday through Saturday and until 11PM on Sundays. Koldjeski stated that the Township has put an 11PM restriction on another business in the area and therefore, is restricting the hours of operation for the entire week would be 6AM to 11PM. If this conditional use is approved, this will be approved for a convenience store not a restaurant. The store has the capacity to hold fifteen (15) parked cars and only seven (7) spots are required according to Township ordinances.

No public attended the hearing.

Motion by Koldjeski to approve the conditional use as a convenience store with the ability to sell beer on a daily basis but not past 11PM, 2nd by Martenson. Motion voted, all in favor.

Meeting was adjourned at 6:20 PM.

Respectfully submitted by Francine Miller.
