Parsells motioned to accept the minutes of the January 31, 2007 Meeting, 2nd by Raino. Motion voted, all in favor, Holweg abstained.

Unfinished Business

• Keller Bros. Subdivision - Letter received in regards to subdividing the family estate. The note requested by the Supervisors to be placed on the plans has been added stating that a perc test was not required unless there is a change in use of the land. Motion by Parsells to recommend that the Supervisors accept the plans and recommend approval for the Keller Farms lot-line adjustment, 2nd by Holweg. Motion voted, all in favor.
