Parsells motioned to accept the minutes of the September 26, 2007 Meeting, 2nd by Stemphoski. Motion voted, all in favor.

New Business
- Wind Mill Ordinance - Haan supplied the Commission with a sample wind mill ordinance to review and send to the Board of Supervisors. Commission
recommends approval of this ordinance with the suggestions that the Supervisors address the insurance amount and how to increase the amount for the lifespan of the ordinance,
address the zoning and to which zone is most appropriate. Note: page 3 of our zoning ordinance would suggest this fits into an M-1 zone.
