Meeting duly advertised in The Times Tribune.

This hearing is to discuss and consider the transfer of a liquor license from Dunmore to Newton Township for the Schultzville Deli. According to the Liquor Control Board, a hearing must be done in order to collect information and comments from the public. The store cannot sell any liquor before 7am; therefore, the amendment is needed.

Motion by Koldjeski to pass the resolution as prepared and recommended by the Liquor Control Board, 2nd by Martenson. Motion voted, all in favor.

Motion by Koldjeski to change the approval of the conditional use as outlined by the Liquor Control Board to operating hours of 7am to 11pm for liquor sales, this will not stop them from opening at 6am for regular deli operations, 2nd by Martenson. Motion voted, all in favor.

Motion by Martenson to adjourn, 2nd by Koldjeski. Motion voted, all in favor.

Meeting was adjourned at 7:10 PM.
