Meeting call to order

6:30 P.M. -- the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag after an executive session.

Meeting duly advertised in the Scranton Times to discuss the 2009 Budget and any other business put before the Board.

2009 Budget: The Board discussed figures for the 2009 Budget along with the decision that the Township would pass an ordinance to collect the $52 EMS Tax. Miller to get sample ordinance from PSATS and proceed.

Road Projects: Axtell with sub-contractor Jacoby Excavating have been working on Spring Drive. Miller was approached today regarding a water problem with one of the areas. Fax was received with the cost of the extra work at $4975.00 to take care of the water issue. Motion by Martenson to get the work done, 2nd by Koldjeski. Motion voted, all in favor.

Motion by Martenson to adjourn, 2nd by Koldjeski. Motion voted, all in favor.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:15 PM.
