  • OLS / St. Benedict’s Bazaar - Application for a mass gathering permit was received by Kevin Foley on behalf of the annual bazaar for July 31, 2008 through August 2, 2008. Planning Commission stated that it is the same as every year. Motion by Holweg to recommend that the Supervisors grant the mass gathering permit and waive the fee, 2nd by Raino. Motion voted, all in favor.
  • Eckel Minor Subdivision - John Seamons presented plans for a three-lot minor subdivision with a two parcel lot-line adjustment located on Spring Drive. Tartaglione will purchase 10.162 acres which is called add on #1 and Sartori will purchase 3.731 acres which is called add on #2. Lot #1 is for Sartori’s son. Plans show primary and secondary perc sites and proposed driveways are shown. Motion by Raino to accept the plans and forward to LCRPC, 2nd by Stemphoski. Motion voted, all in favor, Sartori abstained.

Unfinished Business

  • Ezdebski Minor Subdivision - Wetland delineation report was received and reviewed. Approval from LCRPC was received with comments. Motion by Holweg to recommend approval of subdivision by Supervisors with condition that no building permit be given until copy of highway occupancy permit is received, 2nd by Parsells. Motion voted, all in favor.
  • Bennett Major Subdivision - Motion by Stemphoski to recommend that Supervisors deny subdivision unless extension letter is signed by owner, 2nd by Sartori. Motion voted, all in favor. DEP modules were sent back to the Township with regard that three PNDI’s needed to be attached before they would review the plans. Bennett has not complied yet, therefore, the clock is ticking and approval will not be able to be obtained until approval from DEP, thus needing an extension.
  • Lowe Major Subdivision - New plans were received by Haan with the remainder lands being shown on the plans as requested by the Commission at last month’s meeting. Engineer, Ned Slocum’s, comments were reviewed and have been addressed as well as those of LCRPC (approval received). Motion by Stemphoski to accept the plans and recommend approval of subdivision to Supervisors with two requested waivers of the twenty (20) foot contour lines and stormwater drainage, 2nd by Parsells. Motion voted, all in favor.
  • Wood Subdivision - New plans were received by Miller with corrections made as per the comments of the Commission from last month’s meeting. Motion by Holweg to accept the plans and forward to LCRPC for review, 2nd by Lilik. Motion voted, all in favor.
