New Business
Unfinished Business
- Kellerl Subdivision - Mr. Naegle approached the Commission to review the progress of the subdivision. Commission was waiting for comments from Os Patton and Lackawanna County Regional
Planning Commission. Patton stated to Township that a DEP module is needed. Naegle disagrees with that request. Haan stated that Planning Commission goes by the recommendations of our SEO. Naegle requested
contingent approval. Consensus of the Commission stated that they do not give contingent approval. Naegle requested a special meeting if DEP approval is received. After a discussion of the matter with Chairman
of the Board of Supervisors, John Pardue, a special meeting can be held if the requester is willing to pay for the cost of the advertisement. Naegle is willing to pay for the advertisement and will call Miller
when it can be advertised. Miller explained the process that will need to be followed in order to have the plans signed by the Board at their September 15, 2008 meeting.
- Bennett Subdivision - DEP approval and LCRPC approval was received. Lilik motioned to recommend approval to the Supervisors, 2nd by Holweg. Motion voted, all in favor.
- Wood Subdivision - Motion by Parsells to recommend to Supervisors that the plans be denied unless an extension of time is given in writing from Wood, 2nd by Stemphoski. Motion voted, all in favor.
- Newton View Development - Haan personally received a sketch plan for review. The plans were lacking the property owners names that adjoin the development, plans not to scale, no setbacks, no percs,
no test pits, no soil, no wetlands, no wells, no hammerhead, no notes on the roads, no contour lines, no proposed driveways and the plans need to be brought up to current code. Haan will submit a letter to the developer.

None
Being no public input or further business, Lilik motioned to adjourn, 2nd by Raino. Motion voted, all in favor. Meeting adjourned, 8:22PM.
Respectfully submitted by Francine Miller.
