Meeting call to order
8:00 P.M. -- General Meeting Called after Ordinance hearing and executive session.
Approval of Minutes
Motion by Koldjeski to approve the minutes as prepared from the Work Session and General Meeting on July 2, 2009, 2nd by Martenson. Motion voted, all in favor, Pardue abstained.
Motion by Koldjeski to approve the minutes as prepared from the August 5, 2009 Ordinance Hearing and Work Session, 2nd by Pardue. Motion voted, all in favor, Martenson abstained.

New Business
- Ordinance 2009-1 – Motion by Martenson to adopt Ordinance 2009-1, 2nd by Koldjeski. Motion voted, all in favor.
- Ordinance 2009-2 – Motion by Koldjeski to adopt Ordinance 2009-2 as prepared, 2nd by Martenson. Motion voted, all in favor.
- Tax Claim Bureau Letters - Two letters were received from the Tax Claim Bureau regarding the sale of two properties. Motion by Martenson to accept, 2nd by Pardue. Motion voted, all in favor, Koldjeski abstained.
- SAPA Review -The 45-day review period has begun for the final draft of the SAPA plan. Koldjeski has already forwarded some statements to Denise Prowell. The final hearing is scheduled for September 23, 2009. Jamison will be present at the Planning Commission meeting on August 26, 2009 to discuss.

Road Master
Martenson reported that the water problems we were having are under control. Supervisors want to add some additional work to our road projects for the year. The first is to pave the ditch on Valley View Drive so it doesn’t wash out again and some additional patch work on Fords Pond Road.

Jamison reported that the COG is on summer break.

Wage Tax Collector
Scandale reported that she is processing 2008 and has sent a lot of correspondence regarding missing paper work and missing checks. She has learned to do claims and has sent out some to Berkheimer and Don Wilkinson. The claim for Scranton is almost ready. Koldjeski said to send out the one for Scranton and then he and Scandale will go to their office for a meeting regarding missing tax payments.
Solicitor
Sileo will soon present the Board with an information packet regarding the wind tower ordinance. He has not had any response from his latest correspondence to Comcast.
CEO
Haan reported that the property on Airport Road was found guilty and he will be siting the owner of the property. Regarding the property in Columbus Circle – the owner is in violation of Section 306 – his fence has had no inspections and the tennis court is way outside the setbacks. Sileo stated that a violation notice needed to be sent now.
Public Comment
- Dave Kveragas – Timber Lane – stated that a friend was speaking with a subcontractor for Comcast Cable that is upgrading lines. The subcontractor stated that the equipment is so
obsolete that they can’t get replacement parts. Pardue stated that the Board was already aware.
Koldjeski welcomed Marge Bisignani Boyle to our meeting – she is running for County Judge.
Bills: Motion by Koldjeski to pay the bills as presented, 2nd by Martenson. Motion voted, all in favor.
Being no further public input and discussion, Martenson motioned to adjourn the meeting, 2nd by Koldjeski. Motion voted, all in favor.
