Meeting called to order at 7:06PM after brief executive session with the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag

Chairman, John Pardue advised the purpose of the meeting was for a continuance of a conditional use request by Ronco / GC Fire Protection located in the warehouse on Winola Road.

Drawings that were requested had been provided showing four trailers on the property for storage, however, new plans were submitted during the hearing showing only three trailers. Another trailer is allowed for transporting purposes only. DeWitt stated that they will need 60-90 days to put all of this into effect because they need to build the items for storage of pipes.

Motion by Martenson to accept the change of conditional use for the Ronco Group located on Winola Road in Newton Township per the plans submitted, 2nd by Koldjeski. Motion voted, all in favor.

Meeting was adjourned at 7:12 PM.
