Raino motioned to accept the minutes of the February 25, 2009 Meeting, 2nd by Holweg. Motion voted, all in favor, Sartori abstained.

New Business
- Abington Rotary Club - Mr. Harry Mumford presented the Commission with the mass gathering permit application for the annual Fourth of July fireworks at
the Abington Heights Middle School for July 3, 2009 with a rain date of July 5, 2009. As usual, the certificate of insurance will be provided closer to the date of the
fireworks along with the bond. The Rotary Club will work with Chief Reese to handle the security and traffic. The Rotary is requesting a waiver of the mass gathering fee.
Motion by Holweg to recommend to the Supervisors that they grant the mass gathering permit and waive the fee, 2nd by Stemphoski. Motion voted, all in favor.
- Eckel Major Subdivision - This is a re-subdivision of the Orchard Drive subdivision. The house lot will be 8.28 acres and then the remainder 11.946 acres.
A letter was received granting an extension of time due to the DEP modules will not be ready to be sent until the modules from the minor subdivision of this property is complete
and approved. Driveway permits need to be obtained from Haan. Motion by Lilik to accept plans and forward to the Lackawanna County Regional Planning Commission after the fees
have been received and also to recommend to the Supervisors to grant the requested waivers of the five (5) foot contour lines and detailed drainage control plan, 2nd by Raino.
Motion voted, all in favor.
- Hrobuchak Subdivision - Hrobuchak’s presented plans for a lot-line adjustment. An alternate perc site needs to be done. Hrobuchak’s stated their disapproval
over the new ordinance requiring two per sites.
Unfinished Business
- Keisling Subdivision - The adjacent property owners were listed. The wetland delineation report was not presented yet. The second perc site was completed and
the driveway easement statement was not on the plans. Motion by Stemphoski to accept the plans, 2nd by Holweg. Motion voted, all in favor.
