Meeting called to order at 7:30 PM with the Pledge of Allegiance to Flag.

General Meeting

Lilik motioned to accept the minutes of the August 26, 200, 2nd by Raino. Motion voted, all in favor.

Unfinished Business

• Koerner Subdivision - New plans and DEP modules were presented to the Commission. A fax from the Lackawanna County Regional Planning Commission with approval was received from the surveyor. Mr. Keisling, surveyor, stated that he corrected the scale on the maps, the acreage total and the setback to 35’ has been added. There is also a 100 foot buffer from the wetlands. Motion by Parsells to accept the plans, 2nd by Raino. Motion voted, all in favor.
