Laurie Tomko addressed the Board requesting to operate a dog grooming home-based business at her home located at 2313 Milwaukee Road.  Ms. Tomko would operate four days per week with the hours of 10am to 5pm with no hours on Sundays.  The Board will make their decision some time in October.l
